Training
This, above anything else, is what we at SearchAsia pride ourselves for.
Given our preference for people with no prior experience in the recruitment industry, a new consultant can expect a detailed and careful training program that will equip him or her with the fundamentals and rudiments of the full recruitment process. Rest assured: we want you to be fully ready before sending you out there to face clients and candidates!
Remember: we are not interested in what you have done before, or what you believe you can do. We are very interested in knowing who you are as an individual. And this is where traits such as flexibility, adaptability, an open mind and the ability to learn quickly are important.
Career Path
Consistent performance and the proven ability to manage a portfolio of steady clients over the first one to two years will earn a consultant the chance to lead his or her own team.
Outstanding consultants can also look forward to relocating to work in our regional offices within their first two years of work commencement.
Beyond that, outstanding leaders with a proven leadership and management track record can also look forward to entering into partnership with SearchAsia to establish new business operations in countries we wish to expand into. This remains to date the key to our very successful expansion growth strategy.
Salary
At SearchAsia you can look forward to a very generous basic salary coupled with a strong variable component linked to your own individual performance, in addition to a variable component linked to your team's performance.
