Account Manager, Agro

Sales & Marketing


  • Budgeting and business planning---sets realistic sales strategies according to the company’s sales budget and make plans for business growth in area of responsibility. Actively participate, sharing best practice with colleagues, and review the business plan in monthly sales meeting.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, grow the business and also extent the business in new customers and different applications. Manage the distributors in a good way to achieve the agreed target.
  • Submit the customers’ visit reports and monthly report. Updating the line managers on sales & competitive activities regularly.
  • Provide support to team members and ability to communicate with technical support to bring in the resource to help from other regions.
  • Identify demands of key customers and together with support from technical team, implement program for key customers.
  • Cooperate with the HSE function to meet the HSE target of the company.



  • College or university education degree in chemical engineering, or with experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of the agro businesses is an advantage.
  • Be able to present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face to individual or in conference.
  • Good inter-personal skills, self-dependent & motivation. Good communication skills and team worker.
  • Safety, health, environment and risk analysis knowledge.
  • Strong in building up the customer relationship.
