Global Tax Director #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tax strategies for assigned business groups, ensuring alignment with corporate tax policies while supporting business growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives.

• Provide expert guidance on cross-border transactions, operating structures, market entry strategies, partnerships, and restructuring activities to optimize tax outcomes and support commercial decisions.

• Drive tax-efficient structures for international operations and trading flows, enhancing the group's effective tax rate while adapting to evolving regulatory and market conditions.

• Oversee global tax compliance, reporting, and governance processes, ensuring accurate filings, strong internal controls, and effective mitigation of tax risks

• Partner with finance, legal, commercial, and regional tax teams, while managing relationships with tax authorities, external advisors, and auditors on complex tax matters and audits.

• Promote tax best practices, drive process and system improvements, strengthen tax governance frameworks, and lead the development of high-performing regional and global tax teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting

• At least 15 years of experience in International Tax

• Possesses extensive expertise in international taxation, cross-border tax structuring, and transfer pricing, with a proven ability to drive tax optimization and improve effective tax rates.

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess complex tax challenges and develop practical, tax-efficient solutions that support business objectives.
