Head of Mechanical Maintenance (Power Plant) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technical officers, and technicians to address plant issues and outages, ensuring timely resolution and restoration of operations.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure they are executed efficiently and in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and recommend long-term maintenance strategies for mechanical assets, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, budget control, and scheduled maintenance programs.
• Plan and implement plant modifications, upgrades, and equipment installations to enhance system performance, availability, and reliability
• Drive operational improvement and profitability by identifying opportunities for debottlenecking, reliability enhancement, efficient work practices, and coaching teams on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in power plant maintenance
