Sales Representative - Medical Device

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Develops well thought out business plans and account profiles and executes sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for the products he/she is responsible for
  •  Develops business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty, and increase market share. This includes the identification of KOLs and focus on building relationships and business opportunities with these customers
  •     Conducts sales reviews including market share analysis and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly to ensure execution of plans are on track
  •     Maintains close relationships with key accounts, ensures that their requirements are met by the Company’s products where possible to establish customer satisfaction and/or convert them into profitable business. This would involve appraising customer needs, and advising on product application or services
  •     Provides clinical and technical support during cases, discussing strategy and patient treatment options, engaging customers in meaningful clinical discussions which can positively impact patient outcomes
  •     Evaluates and assesses customers’ needs for both short and long term planning/product development and forecasting requirements
  •     Degree in Biological Sciences/Biotech/Nursing/related discipline
  •     Relevant field 5 years of successful direct sales experience in medical device industry
  •     Demonstrates ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly and disseminate appropriately to healthcare professionals
  •     Good communication and presentation skills
  •     High energy level, ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed
  •     Confident, driven and dynamic Proficient in MS Office Possess own car and have valid class 3 licence
