Senior Manager, Project Management – Retail & Corporate Interiors

Real Estate & Construction, Sales & Marketing, Consumer & Retail


  • Work closely with our overseas design managers and designers in establishing the project schedule and milestones
  • Lead and manage projects from Design Development phase through Construction Administration phase
  • Lead and manage team of TW based designers and detailers
  • Project coordination with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all required information for project design and planning is obtained
  • Monitor project budget, quality schedule and scope of work
  • Update Principal on project status and identify/forecast any critical problems
  • Contract management for identification of scope completion and identify add services as necessary



  • High Diploma or Bachelor’s or degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture/Building Studies/Project Management or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 Years of project management experience preferably gained in office and retail projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, standards and building codes
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet development deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Leadership skills to motivate team
  • Willing to travel to Mainland China and Overseas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
