  • Forecasting future demand which consists of 5 process steps,
    • Creating a baseline forecast
    • Adjusting the baseline forecast
    • Forecasting of promotions
    • Forecasting of innovations
    • Reviewing the final forecast
  • Matching production capacity with the customer demand which consists of 8 process steps,
    • Plan net requirements
    • Plan co-manufacturing
    • Plan co-packing
    • Capacity and production planning
    • Plan external supplies of finished products
    • Commodity planning
    • Plan deployment
    • Scenario planning
  • Scheduling production of goods at specific production lines which consists of 2 processes,
    • Production scheduling
    • Plan external supply – raw and pack material and short-term commodities
  • An alignment process and governance between functions to agree on plans, balance demand and supply and steer the business towards AOP targets, consisting of the following,
    • Category portfolio review
    • Local IBP
    • Manufacturing IBP
    • Category demand review
    • Category supply review
    • ExCo IBP review


  • Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • At least 15 years of various planning experiences
  • Experienced with change management
  • SAP APO is a must have experience
  • Open to taking a contract role with good chance for conversion to permanent role
  • Location: Tuas
